Well we were told we had a blown engine and Was charged $175.00 and did You nothing as to repairs. However after driving 55 miles to home. There was no heating no trouble even going over Cajon Pass. Excellent service personnel. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. My Mini was completed as promised, even with a car wash!!! Took 2 days to find nothing wrong with my sunroof and rear view camera, though some sort of unsafe was done in the camera because it does appear different. They did fix the issue with my headlight, but i rear view camera, though some sort of unsafe was done in the camera because it does appear different. Had a good experience with this dealership. I had an idea as to what my payment would be. When they gave me the numbers it was very close to what I was expecting. If you’re an internet buyer, you want detai as to what my payment would be. When they gave me the numbers it was very close to what I was expecting. If you’re an internet buyer, you want detailed information about the car as in the bells and whistles. Well pay attention to their website. When looking at the car you want there’s a tab that says “window sticker” which shares whats equipped. Don’t go by that, have your internet salesperson take a photo of the actual window sticker and send it to you because there was equipment added to their website “window sticker” that wasn’t on the physical window sticker and wasn’t on the car I purchased. Other than that, I’d lease from them again if they have what I’m in search of in a vehicle. More

Price of parts inflated, People nice . Colin, The service manager told me new alternators were not available (he is mistaken...) MINI of Ontario charged $687.00 for an overhauled part. When I asked about the $180.00 core charge added to the price of a new alternator I was not told that it was a re-manufactured part. Pure greed. More
Lack of attentiveness I had called Mini of Ontario before 6pm in regards to maintenance services, after being on hold for over ten minutes the representative Jessica answe I had called Mini of Ontario before 6pm in regards to maintenance services, after being on hold for over ten minutes the representative Jessica answers and informs me that the service department is closed and updates me with the news that all the service advisors were now gone for the day. I expressed to her that I was on hold for well over ten minutes and surely before the closing time, Jessica's response was that it was really busy and now all the service reps were gone. I was extremely disappointed with the poor and lack of attentiveness provided. More
