Could have been GREAT....if the only honored their ad! This was my second Mini purchase...my pervious one being 10 year prior and at the old location/owners. Now that....was an incredible purchase! I still have the mini key chain that they gave to us. While this one started out ok...we came with our own financing and the trade of my old Mini, things moved slowly even though I specially came for the car they advertised. It had listed EVERYTHING it had and was a color I LOVED.....now I did not have to order one and wait 5. They advertised that it came supplied with a wind screen deflector only to find out after 4 hours at the delarship and hour ride home...it was not in the car. I notified them immediately the next day and they said...Sorry! Used car (Less than a year with 4800 miles) and though Sh***! I pointed out that their ad specially stated it had it and the salesman acknowledged it...even stated that he would mail it to us after approval from the Sales Manager. Well, you guessed it...NO, NADA, NOTHING! They will not honor their ad like any good place would. No nice keychain either! BEWARE and make sure everything is in the care before you leave the dealership!!! I will drive to Mini of Seattle before we take our business there again!! More

The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is they did that write an offer and go back to the back room thing (the only not great part of the experience). But that's an annoying thing car dealers haven't figured out yet. All in all I was impressed with the place. I'd buy there again. More

On top of all of that, he was sporting 3 different plaids (pants, shirt and sweater) which is just an example of how passionate he is about the MINI culture. I drove from Yakima, WA after a dealer in Fife, WA couldn’t make the same identical car work. I don’t regret driving far- and am so happy with my car. After having a little issue with the final paperwork Doug was responsive and Krista stayed on top of it too! So thankful for the helpful and responsive staff! My only wish is this group of folk were in fife closer to me so I could continue seeing them when taking my car in for service to show my support for them. Ana works with integrity, compassion, and professionalism. After over a year Anna ran into me in the service department she not only remembered my name, but remembered things we had discussed during my car buying process over a year prior! She truly cares about her customers and it shows. I will buy my next car from Anna and I recommend you reach out to her if you are looking to buy a Mini. I came in with a pre-approval for financing through my bank. The financing department was able to offer me a better rate than my bank was able to provide. They also went to great lengths to help me pick the right maintenance and warranty package. They actually saved me money by evaluating the amount of driving I do in a year and the length of time I planned to keep the car. I have had regular service, plus alignment and detailing done on my car. Each time I am so impressed with the service team's incredible service and professionalism.
