Another above average experience at MINI of Portland I'm usually really happy with interactions at MINI of Portland. This was no exception. All the staff were helpful and polite. I think the dealers I'm usually really happy with interactions at MINI of Portland. This was no exception. All the staff were helpful and polite. I think the dealership has improved from years ago when it was sometimes hard to reach people by phone and where only the service writer you worked with could help you. It seems to me that there is a more of a team effort now and that is much better from my perspective. A lot less frustrating. I'll be back. More

Service Department Hits on all Cylinders! Finally... a service department you can trust! Believe it or not they still exist. Michael Ruef and his service team value your time and do outstand Finally... a service department you can trust! Believe it or not they still exist. Michael Ruef and his service team value your time and do outstanding honest work at fair and affordable prices. After buying a car at Lithia Mini of Portland I was apprehensive about taking my car in for the fist time... I'd had bad experiences with non-Lithia dealership service departments before... much like the James Caan character in the movie Misery... I braced myself expecting to go through my own nightmare of captivity and abuse... like I have many times... Much to my amazement it was nothing like that at all! Ruef and his service team - which includes Ingrid Padgalskas who is outstanding! - value your precious time! They get you in and out in timely fashion! No need to go to a closer service department for potentially a better price and quicker service... Like going to see my dentist or my doctor... I'll drive just a bit further to receive expert care and to deal with someone I can trust. Now if I could just get my doctor and dentist to see my right at my appointment time like Ruef and his team do at Lithia Mini of Portland... :^) More

10,000 mile check up Made arrangements to take my 2015 Mini Cooper S to have it's 10,000 mile check up on Nov. 13th. Since the dealership is 4 hours+ away from where we l Made arrangements to take my 2015 Mini Cooper S to have it's 10,000 mile check up on Nov. 13th. Since the dealership is 4 hours+ away from where we live they provided us with a loaner car until the job was finished. She stated it might take a couple of days. We arrived a little earlier than appointment, but they started on it right away and gave us a 2017 Clubman to use til we came back to pick up my vehicle. Raychel took my cell phone so she could keep me updated with the progress on the work being done. Raychel indeed let us know when the work was done and what they had done. I was having an issue with the AC and they did what they could and told us to monitor it next summer and if problem still existed to contact them again. Raychel was friendly, informative and knowledgeable and did what she said she would. We feel she is a great asset to your dealership. Thanks so much. More

Ana Chincea represents the type of salesperson the entire industry is moving towards. No more trap door, high pressure sales tactics that used to make the buying experience like a trip to the dentist for a root canal and certainly worse than a periodic colonoscopy! Ms. Chincea, like many of the employees at Lithia Mini, are extremely knowledgeable, engaging and takes active listening to an all new level. They do what is right for you and look to make you a customer for life! No pressure! Honest, open and fair dealing, full disclosure and an extremely timely sales process! (thanks greatly much to the high level of competency possessed by Credit Manager DJ Gill)! Much like what Starbucks has done to the coffee industry in terms of making buying a cup of coffee a pleasurable experience... Lithia Mini has done the same with its automotive buying experience!
