Disappointed. I wash told would get a free car wash and like the last time I was there, it was broken. I was given a verbal quote when arrived and there was ridicu I wash told would get a free car wash and like the last time I was there, it was broken. I was given a verbal quote when arrived and there was ridiculous spark plug charge. I know how long it takes to put them in and about what cost, so really the biggest charge was crazy. Also during the verbal quote I was not told that verbal quote was only if I paid cash or debit but when read the PDF there is a 3% fee added if use credit. $60 for shop supplies?? But anyway was told needed new tires which was definitely true. The texted quote was not super high but I could have got a better price at a tire place. I assumed I was getting the tires previously had but ended up with some brand I need to research because I think they went cheap. Also when buy tires at a car place they don’t charge for an alignment. I understand this place caters to BMW owners mostly and know when one goes to any dealerships, the cost is high so that really wasn’t the biggest problem. The problem coming this time is transparency with the pricing policies, with bait and switch on tires and saying you will do something and not. Also yes, the charge for changing spark plugs, which is easy, was a rip off. Other that that, the staff there are always really friendly and prompt. So they probably do a great job but if you go there get all the facts about what is going in your auto is true and know there is a cash discount and that discount is the quote. More

After a service visit on a used Mini. ...well had to drive out with a new one. Ryan and Theresa did an amazing job.
