You find out a lot about an organization when there is a problem. We started the sales process and then ran into an issue that at the time I was very frustrated with. These things can happen but Rich, their problem. We started the sales process and then ran into an issue that at the time I was very frustrated with. These things can happen but Rich, their general manager called me, resolved my issue over the phone and was incredibly professional and kind. Not only did he make me feel like he actually understood my frustration but he went above and beyond to make things right without making me feel awkward or uncomfortable. My wife and I just picked up our new Mini Countryman from them this evening and they have a customer for life. As an added bonus, we worked with their sales rep David this evening and he is about as down to earth as a guy can be. Just a great experience. Thanks Mini of San Diego! More
