We leased a mini from the same dealership several years ago and were very happy with both the car and the personnel. Since then the dealership has a new owner and we didn't know what to expect. We were ext ago and were very happy with both the car and the personnel. Since then the dealership has a new owner and we didn't know what to expect. We were extremely pleased with the new staff. They were very friendly and involved and helpful. Since we were purchasing rather than leasing we wanted to make sure we understood all the various choices of models, features and options. Mark was available to answer all questions and help us make the decisions. We decided on the car (mini Cooper Countryman) and ordered it in October for pick up in March. The last time he was there my husband left his favorite hat. Mark held onto it the whole time and returned it safe and sound when we went to pick up the car. He spent as much time as we needed to educate us about features that we haven't had before such as Bluetooth synching and the navigations system. They invited us to return as often as necessary for further assistance with these features (which we will undoubtedly need). Mark said I should come in when I get my iPhone so he can help me set that up too in the Mini. Such things are greatly appreciated and further add to our satisfaction. More
