He was genial and patient as I asked question after question and allowed me to look at all models. When I left I was loaded down with all reading materials available as well as the knowledge he shared with me. My second visit was great, we went for a test drive and Jim explained features available as we were going. After the return I decided I wanted to purchase a Clubman and we sat down and went over the options I wanted, Jim provided some insight on some I did not realize would be useful. Working with Jim on the financing was fast and painless and the visit lasted no longer than 2 hours. Because the car had to be built Jim was up front about when the car would be delivered. The good news was that the car actually was available a few days earlier than expected. Jim was very patient as he went over the entire car showing me how to operate the Clubman and all it's features. I have bought many cars over the years and some experiences were truly painful. Wife wanted a MINI so we went to MINI of Southampton and met Mark Wyatt our MA. Mark was very pleasant, answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. Went for several test drives in different models with Mark over the course of a few weeks to see which one we liked best. After awhile we decided on a 2012 Clubman S and started negotiating the deal. When Mark couldn't do what I wanted he brought in Jim Reister (sales manager) to help put together the deal. Jim was also a pleasure to deal with an we quickly came to an agreement on a negotiated price for the MINI and my trade-in and the order was placed. Once the deal was made both Mark and Jim regularly kept us up to date on the build and delivery process and we just took deliver of our new MINI a couple of days ago and have been enjoying it every day.
