Exceptional experience I was an out of state buyer with a Trade In--unsuccessfully tried to make a deal with several other in-state and out-of-state Mini Dealers. Then M I was an out of state buyer with a Trade In--unsuccessfully tried to make a deal with several other in-state and out-of-state Mini Dealers. Then Mini of St Louis listed a new Countryman Hybrid that I was exactly as I would have built it-right color, right options, well priced. I sent then a comprehensive email indicating which car I was interested in, thorough details on my trade-in, and made them an offer. They responded with a $1,000 higher counter but at the showed me about $900 in rebates that I was eligible for (but did not know about.) We agreed to the deal--and when I got there a couple of days later to complete the deal there were zero surprises. I was in an out and back on the road home in about 2 hours. If you want a new Mini, and get the chance...do not hesitate to give these guys a try--you will be treated very well, and leave thinking "How nice was that!" More

After fueling, I started the vehicle and it was sluggish and wouldn’t stay started. The display indicated a drivetrain error and to call dealer. Todd attempted to walk me through a few options but nothing was working. He knew I was headed to the airport so he took it upon himself to come to the gas station to assess the situation first hand. Though he got it running, he didn’t feel comfortable having me get on the highway with it in case it broke down. He offered the loaner car to me and even transferred my luggage over and took my car back to the shop. I made it to the airport in time to catch my flight! This is the customer experience that all Service Managers should strength be for! Todd you are one of a kind and I’m so thankful for your generosity and dedication. More

Best Car Buying Experience I walked in not knowing a whole lot about the mini and Bill took the time to explain the different models, took me on a test drive and had patience wh I walked in not knowing a whole lot about the mini and Bill took the time to explain the different models, took me on a test drive and had patience while I debated what kind of vehicle I wanted. He was with me through the whole process and showed me how to operate the car before I left the lot. I didn't feel pressured nor did they treat me any disrespect. All my car buying experiences, this one was the best. I want to also give great mention to the service manager who helped me with my Sirius satellite installation. Sorry his name escapes me. More
