Even when I called his personal cell in the evening to ask a question! The first time a salesman had been so complete with explaining all details of how our mini works!! We have never even been around Mini's and really just dropped by as I was thinking I wanted to try a small car......always have had luxury car or SUV! trading my MINI for an FJ cruiser I have been a customer of MINI of St. Louis for 12 years. My 2010 Laurel edition MINI Cooper S was my second purchase. I have always had great servi I have been a customer of MINI of St. Louis for 12 years. My 2010 Laurel edition MINI Cooper S was my second purchase. I have always had great service and customer support. I am now a Grandfather with small grandchildren in car seats and needed more room. I live in the country with my wife and 4 dogs so need bigger and four wheel drive. With much research, I settled on and FJ cruiser and began my search on line. To my surprise MINI of St. Louis had a beautiful tan 2013, and even more amazing was Kate answering the phone on Friday and taking all the time to answer every question I had. There were a lot of questions. We made arrangements on Saturday to drive the MINI down to the dealership. You guessed it, the FJ was out front and amazing and Kate committed the entire morning to closing the deal. She was very professional, engaged and genuinely happy to assist. They appraised the MINI, we worked out the details and Kate went into high drive to complete the paperwork. Meanwhile, they re-cleaned and detailed the FJ! The whole process was quick and easy and so enjoyable. Kate has contacted us after the sale to encourage questions and maintain contact. I would highly recommend MINI of St. Louis, they entire team but especially Kate Bryan. Total customer satisfaction. More
BEST NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Over the course of my lifetime I have purchased roughly 30 new cars. I have never had as enjoyable and stressless experience as I did with Mini of St Over the course of my lifetime I have purchased roughly 30 new cars. I have never had as enjoyable and stressless experience as I did with Mini of St. Louis. I decided I wanted one more sports car in my life and after months of internet research had decided on a John Cooper Works. It started with Steve Emerson. My wife and I were looking at a John Cooper Works on the showroom floor. Steve introduced himself and I asked if I could take a test drive. Neil Westfall (new car Sales Mngr.) pulled the car out and off we went. It was instant love. When we returned, Steve helped me "build' a JCW. We were a little far apart in $$$ so we left. Over the next three weeks, we were back several times to drive a Cooper S. Still undecided, we made an appointment with Steve to drive the JCW one more time on a Saturday morning. The day before, my wife suggested we go take a look at the JCW before driving it. When we arrived, Steve was with another customer so Neil assisted us. After asking us a few questions, Neil convinced us that a JCW wasn't for us based on our driving. Mini closes at 9pm on Fridays. At 9:45 we were putting the finishing touches on our order: a Cooper S with JCW exterior and interior kits and almost every option available. Steve came in and added a few suggestions and we placed our order. I have to mention Kate. After placing the order, I was undecided if I wanted a JCW Sporfts Exhaust. I went back twice to drive a Cooper S to see if I'd be happy with the stock exhaust. One of the days was a pouring rain. Steve was off that day and Kate got drenched getting me a Cooper S to drive. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. When all was said and done, we added a dealer installed "tuner kit" option which perfectly completed our Mini. I realize I've gone on at length, but prospective customers should know that Steve, Neil an Kate have infinite patience. They were always friendly, glad to see me, made suggestions but never tried to "hard sell" me anything. In fact, it's just the opposite. Neil convinced me I didn't need and wouldn't be happy with a JCW. We ended up with a Cooper S that looks and sounds like a JCW, but saved over $3,500. This is THE DEALERSHIP if you're in the market for a new car. Talk to Steve. He'll answer questions, has the patience of a Saint and is incredibly knowledgeable about Mini's. I only wish I could give him more than five stars. More

My second mini I had a great experience choosing my second mini. Steve Emerson was very knowledgable about all the particulars and helped me come to an informed decision. I went from a 2010 Cooper to a 2016 Cooper S and am very happy. I went back for "second date" two weeks after I purchased the car, and Steve answered questions I had about settings. I now listen to music on my phone through the car speakers, use the green mode for driving and save gas at red lights with the auto start/stop function. Thanks Steve!! More

No pressure buying. Not your traditional dealership. I walked onto the lot and wasn't immediately swarmed by salespeople. I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
