Building my Mini I pretty much knew what I wanted on my new Mini as far as accessories and exterior looks. Finding the right interior look was another story with so many options. Karen Fortune came to my aid. She patiently showed me how to select complementary options until it all just fell into place. Karen is very talented in this area. I was very pleased with the outcome. I got a navigation system for the first time and had many questions about its operation. Karen took the time to show me how it operated before I hit the road. Nice. I had a very nice buying experience with Karen, Neil, and Tina. Buying a new car should be a fun experience and the folks at Mini of St. Louis made it just that. I had an accessory installed on the car today and Todd Feuerhaken was very friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly and professionally, and I was quickly back on the road. I highly recommend Mini of St. Louis for a pleasant car buying experience. More

Outstanding service! Came in to have a wheel repaired and painted (after scraping it against the curb) and Todd was very helpful.
