I don't know how it could get any better than here. 1) You don't feel like you're at a car dealership here. It feels more like your with your friends talking about cars. I'm not suggesting they don't take their work seriously, but I'm saying that they allow you to make your own decisions on your own time frame. 2) If you have had any experiences like me, you often find yourself talking to salesmen that know less about their product than you do from reading the internet. That's not what you're going to find here. Bill and Gerard know their products intimately, and will help you understand the differences between the models and what is going to match up with your preferences. This was the first place I have been where I can honestly say that the sales staff really understood their product inside and out, hands down. 3) The behind the scenes staff are just as much on the ball. Once I decided to buy a vehicle, the team that detailed and prepared the car did it perfectly, and the financial people had everything ready when I returned to sign all the papers--no little surprises. They expedited the sale like a well-oiled machine. 4) These guys know how to treat people. You are going to feel like you're just part of their family. 5) Are you one of those Americans that think big cushy cars is where it's at? Well, I was too--until I drove a MINI. More
