The best service I have experienced I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part, which arrived the next day, Todd Feuerhaken the service manager was able to get me in the next day to have the unit installed on my car. No arguing over price was necessary at any point and I never once felt like I was being "played". First car buying experience Fell in love with mini coopers when "The Italian job" remake came out early 2000s. Never could afford one till recently. i went to the dealer after shopping around, a 2012 model caught my eye so i went to test drive it. After a few conversations and great news about the trade up value of my car i instead decided on a 2015 and i love it. They really dont mess around when they say mini coopers will make you fall in love with driving again. As a side note i took my dad with me to purchase the car and he told me buying a car was the worst experience, He told me dealers are very aggressive and impolite people that just want to sell you the most expensive thing on the lot. That couldn't have been any farther from the truth. Gerard Bulber couldn't have been a nicer and more patient man. He knew so much about everything on the lot. All the staff was incredibly personable and friendly i didn't feel pressured at all. Would buy from mini again. 10/10 More
