I had a great experience working with Neil when I purchased my Mini. He was friendly, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to my questions. I visited the dealership several times as I was tryin purchased my Mini. He was friendly, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to my questions. I visited the dealership several times as I was trying to decide on how to build my Mini; Neil was very patient during the process and never tried to pressure me into adding features I didn’t need. When I was trying to decide between buying a manual, which I’d never driven before, or an automatic, Neil even took the time to go with me to show me how to drive a stick. I ended up going with the manual and am so glad I did! He also kept me updated while my car was in production. When it was time to pick up my car, Phil helped me since Neil had taken a different position with the company. Phil was very helpful and followed up with me shortly after I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well. He contacted me again for my one-year anniversary. This place doesn’t forget about you once you’ve purchased your car, unlike some dealers. All in all, it was a really fun experience, and I absolutely love my car! You will definitely get great customer service here. Everyone is always so nice when I’ve taken my car in to be serviced.
