I brought my MINI in for some routine maintenance work. The guys in the Service department are always so friendly. We own two MiniCoopers. They are excellent cars. Unfortunately, my wife's Mini suffered a catastrophic engine failure requiring a new engine under warranty. Dave who works at Mini of St Louis was especially helpful in arranging the pick up and return of the car. He kept me informed and went out of his way to make things right.
