I've had a great experience purchasing my MINI at MINI of St. Louis. I actually made 4 visits before ordering, including two test drives. My Mini needed regular service. I was able to make an appointment in the day I wanted and dropped off the car the night before. Rick called the next morning to tell me i needed new breaks. The first word about MINI STL that comes to mind is... AWESOME! My transaction purchasing a MINI with Steve Emerson at MINI STL included the highest amount of service and follow through. Being that I am AWESOME! My transaction purchasing a MINI with Steve Emerson at MINI STL included the highest amount of service and follow through. Being that I am in Seattle and Steve is in St. Louis, it was a process that included many communications via email, over the phone and a few FedEx overnight packages later to make sure everything was taken care of, and in order. Steve went above and beyond working with me and the transport service in order to make the entire deal as stress free as possible. Big thumbs up! More
