Mini Needed Alot. I have made many mistakes as a consumer and so my trips to Mini are always a joy. I have never been treated so well as by this staff. The place is such a treat aesthetically that I don't mind waiting. But whenever necessary, I've been furnished a beautiful loaner. What more could you want, right? Well there's more. The Rx on my Mini was extensive. Car still under warranty but with all that needed attention I feel like I almost got a new car. Cost to me was minimal. On my way home from pick-up- the heater would not turn off. I called Arman and he said to bring it back as soon as was possible for me---even though the next morning the heater did turn off, Arman still wants to inspect the setting on it. That makes me confident that Arman CARES about his work. A plus for any business. More

Mark was extremely friendly and knowledgeable-really made us comfortable. Took the time to show us all of the cars we were interested in during the buying phase. From our experience with sales staff when ordering our 2 Mini Coopers to any required or unexpected service visits, and follow up contacts with Finance, we have always been treated with respect and concern and as though we are trusted friends. Can't say enough about ALL the staff we have interacted with over the past 5+ years. All are great, friendly, knowledgeable people who have always made it pleasant and enjoyable whenever we have visited Mini. More

Bill Harada was a great sales adviser to work with. He was very personable and professional. Bill kept me informed on the status of my vehicle up to the day it arrived. When Bill called and told me my car arrived, I informed him that I would like the bonnet stripes added. He had them put on the next morning before I arrived to pick up the car. Bill gave me a tour of the new car and all of its many functions. Mary McDonnell made the paperwork and financing portion go smoothly.
