Drove 4 hours to purchase a JCW Mini Convertible Bill was a pleasure to work with. We had communicated through emails first, then after my continuning search, I just could not find another JCW that Bill was a pleasure to work with. I was very specific in my wants on my next Mini Cooper. The only one I could find was 4 hours from my home. (not to terribly far and they offered to do the deal via online, phone, etc... and ship car to me but I needed to see and test drive first for myself to be satisfied) Bill knew I wanted the JCW Mini on the showroom floor. He was happy to move all the other cars out of the way for me to test drive it. Needless to say, we made the purchase that day and drove back home that night. I love my new JCW Mini Convertible, Mr. Bill was easy to work with and I highly recommend this dealership as they have a huge selection too. Mary handled all of our paperwork and she was very easy to work with too. She explained all of the legalities that we had to sign. Gave us options and explained each in detail. More
