I had a great experience working with Arman and the team at Mini! I noticed I had a leak in my tire around 3pm on a Friday, and even though they weren’t able to look at my car then, Arman knew it wasn’t saf at Mini! I noticed I had a leak in my tire around 3pm on a Friday, and even though they weren’t able to look at my car then, Arman knew it wasn’t safe for me to drive it for the weekend so he had me bring it in and got me a loaner for the weekend. On Monday I heard back before lunch that my extended warranty would cover two new tires and I was able to pick it back up before the end of the day.
