Best service experience at a MINI dealership to date!!! I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got stuck about 2 hours away from ST Louis and the car was over heating. We got the car towed to the dealership and had to get the car checked. We already had an idea that the thermostat was going out. Our luck was that the part was no longer used but rather there was a new updated version. Well they did us a solid. The price was high but what isn't when it comes to these cars. They got the car fixed that same afternoon and helped me out in the end. They didn't over charge me but tried to make it as painless as possible. They could have waited till Monday or even Tuesday to attend the car but didn't and finished that Friday. I am glad that God blessed us with such a great team that really cares about their customers. Thanks again!! More

Another great service appointment I love my Mini dealer! Bought my Cooper s in 2012 and they’ve taken great care of it for me. Was last in 3/23/2018 to get new front tires, have a bulb I love my Mini dealer! Bought my Cooper s in 2012 and they’ve taken great care of it for me. Was last in 3/23/2018 to get new front tires, have a bulb replaced, micro filter and brake fluid service. Because I didn’t know I needed tires, my appointment was supposed to be brief. With the tires and balancing they were able to fit me in, and gave me a great loaner for the day. I’ve never had any kind of issue that wasn’t resolved promptly and generously. A very hard-working group of people! More

Very efficient service and friendly.. Very friendly, Dave checked the car when it entered and spotted one item needing replacement plus the battery & radiator hose support. Dave toke me back to the service person who explained the situation with the radiator hose connections and potential problems that would occur down the road.
