Went with a problem I called the day before and got appt. next day, I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to dealership for service but I was treated very good and they analized th I called the day before and got appt. next day, I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to dealership for service but I was treated very good and they analized the problem very fast using the mini Cooper electronics and the descriptions I gave them. They got back to me faster than I expected and finished the work and cleaned the car that am between 7:30 and Noon. More

They kept me informed of the status of the repairs and the estimate did not exceed the actual payments. No surprises. It is never fun to have service down to your vehicle, but to have the department exceed my expectations made the process much easier to deal with. Thank you More

Having had multiple terrible experiences — both in service and billing — with another dealership in another city, I was apprehensive about starting anew here. I was wrong. These folks have treated me with courtesy, respect and kindness; (After receiving a jumpstart for my dead battery, I called them to ask about scheduling installation of a new one. "Bring it right over now," they said. "Don't even shut it off, just come. We'll take care of you.") They've also been more than fair on pricing/billing — even searching out two coupons that dropped the cost of my repair by $70. The dealership is clean and attractive, too, with a comfortable waiting area that's conducive to remote work while you're waiting. I'm very glad to have found this dealership. More

going the extra mile I hit a bad pothole in town and thought I would need a new tire. Called my sales person on his mobile to ask about what to do. He set up a first thi I hit a bad pothole in town and thought I would need a new tire. Called my sales person on his mobile to ask about what to do. He set up a first thing in the morning appointment for me with service and got a loaner set up. They looked over my car and advised me that my suspension was damaged so bad that I should contact my insurance. Insurance said to use refurbished parts which means parts off of a totaled out car. My MIN is only two years old and 10,000 miles. Bill Harada and Todd argued with the insurance company until I got new parts for my car including new wheels. My car drives just like new More

Unfortunately, when you purchase used, sometimes things go wrong so I had taken it to Mini service for some help. Dan and Todd took GREAT care of me and my "new to me" car!
