Service Dept. Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of S Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of St. Louis, upon arrival Dave Joseph got me right in to check out the problem (without an appointment), after checking the problem Dave told me it was a oil solenoid leak and it would take about 2 hrs. to repair, he gave me a loaner to use until my car was repaired. As usual it was another great experience with the service dept. All the employees at the Mini store are the most friendly people you could meet, including Derek who does a great job of washing the car after service is complete. More

I LEFT HER WITH HIM AND HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND HAD LOOKED EVERYTHING OVER BUMPER TO BONNETT. SHE WAS IN TIP TOP SHAPE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD TERRIFIC SERVICE AT MINI ST. LOUIS. I FEEL LIKE RICK IS MY PERSONAL SERVICE MANAGER, A SUPER NICE GUY THAT KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT. I KNOW RICK HAS NEVER DONE ANY WORK ON MY CAR THAT WASN'T NEEDED. , I TRUST HIM COMPLETELY.
