I took my car in because the batery died during the cold, but they didn't try to sell my a new one since they said I am not ready. They did discover a serious problem during my routine maintenance. Since my warranty had expired the month before, they pleaded my case with Mini, and I ended up getting the $3,000 job covered. They gave me a brand new loaner while they worked on my car for a few days. When it was ready, I told them I was worried about driving back in the snow, so they let me keep the loaner for another day. I can't say enough about what a great dealership this is. I am on my second Mini, and I am sure I will buy another when it's time. More
