I have driven BMWs and now Mini for 35 Cannot say enough about Yoni, Sales Manager. If I have a question and email Yoni - he gets right back to me. I have driven BMWs and now Mini for 35 years - this is the best service department - friendly - efficient - polite. Although I live in Annapolis MD, and I work in Annapolis MD - I take the time to drive to Towson because I feel confident that I will be welcome - when I drive away, my questions have been answered and I think the drive and time it takes to get to Towson is worth the confidence I have in the Service Dept and Yoni. More
