Being naturall With my freshman daughter attending USF as an out of state student, I was searching for TRUST as it relates to servicing her 2005 Mini. Being naturally skeptical as a father I directed my girl to Mini of WC after having a conversation with Jordan about the recent ghosts and goblins of this family owned vehicle since new. Although we were unable to recreate the happenings and therefore diagnose the problem, Jordan and his team went above and beyond the call of service for my kid and I truly appreciate that. My daughter will have her Mini serviced here for at least the next 4 years. Well, hopefully 3.5, LOL. Thank you from this DAD in Ohio Go Bucs and Bulls More

Excellent service I had an oil change on my car that is not a Mini. I got an appointment, was able to use their coupon, they were finished in just over an hour, and th I had an oil change on my car that is not a Mini. Poor service Came in for just schedule maintenance. I was told they would have a loan car for me and when I arrived was told none available. Was told the servi Came in for just schedule maintenance. I was told they would have a loan car for me and when I arrived was told none available. Was told the service would only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Two hours later I was advised that I need tires and It would only take 1 hrs to install. I arrived at 7:30 am and they finally finished a little after 12pm. I think that is a long time for a simple service and tire replacement. One other thing they said the car would be washed and vacuumed and that didn't happen. Have been using this dealership before and the service have always been good. Now sure why this was not the same. More
