Holly has an amazing personality that makes it worth buying from Otto's MINI. I emailed her the night before about 2 MCSs that I was interested in and the next day she had them both on the lot for me to look at (one was at a different lot a couple of miles away). There was absolutely no pressure at all. The first visit I asked for a test drive and I was in the MINI within minutes. I'm telling you, even if you live far away and you're looking for a MINI, GO TO OTTOS! You won't regret it! More
