My recent experience with Ray Catena MINI service was terrible. Having just moved to Westchester, my 2019 MINI needed routine maintenance so I made an appointment for an oil change, also asking to have terrible. After a nearly four hour wait I was shocked to find the mis-assembly of my front license plate holder and the loss of two of its specialty screws. When I inquired about it the staff was rude and unapologetic. The experience leaves me wondering what other simple service tasks they don't get right. More
