Only because there's no way to give zero stars does this end up with 1. I went there looking for a car, saw one that was available that I was ready to move on. Made it very clear to my salesman that I was very interested, ready to move and wanted to purchase this car. Salesman had Sunday Monday off and told me he would give me numbers when he returned on Tuesday. Never mentioned or offered to pass me on to prevent losing the car I wanted. Tuesday came and no news, I had to write to get a follow up only to be told the car I was looking for was sold. Considering it was an electric model there are no others currently available. A tough xxxx approach given and I got screwed due to a salesman that wanted to make sure he got his commission instead of watching out for the client. Not only have they lost the sale for this car but I will not being dealing with a Ray Catena dealership again for any of my car purchases. Save yourself the headache and work with a dealership where it's not all about commission but also about doing right by the client. More

I would like to send a huge thank you and shout out to Danny Diaz and Ray Catena Mini of Westchester! I had a great buying experience. Hunting for a manual S Countryman is like trying to find and Easter Danny Diaz and Ray Catena Mini of Westchester! I had a great buying experience. Hunting for a manual S Countryman is like trying to find and Easter egg in August. After much searching I inquired about a manual S through the website. I received a call back within a few minutes from Danny. I was elated to find the dealership had 3. Two of which just came in. Although there were no pics available Danny sent me all the information on all 3 vehicles to compare. I decided on a beautiful metallic blue Mini. The problem was I live 1.5 hours away making a test drive difficult. Further complicated by my work schedule at the hospital. Danny solved that problem with lots of pics and even made a FaceTime call from the car. I fell in love and drove out to pick up my new car a week later. Danny made everything easy including teaching me about the car and connecting my cell. I can't say thank you enough to Danny Diaz and Ray Catena Mini of Westchester. I haven't stopped smiling! More

They said all my city driving caused the brakes and tires to go, but I live in a rural area and drive on country roads. They claimed it was unsafe for me to drive the car as it was. I tried to contact the service manager, but was unable to reach him or have him return my calls. A very unsettling experience. I called Mini Cooper or BMW of America and also received no straight answers. They told me to call the tire manufacturer. More
