From the beginning to end I had to go thru three different people. Picked up my car and what I wanted fixed was still doing what it did when I brought it in so either they didn't actually replace th different people. Also treated there as is I am an inconvenience and dumb woman who knows nothing about cars instead of actually talking and helping. Could observe while sitting there just how different men and women customers are treated. More

Truck took over 3 weeks to complete but understandable since part was on backorder. Ram customer service was told that it had been returned back to be two weeks before it was done. First part came in brok since part was on backorder. Ram customer service was told that it had been returned back to be two weeks before it was done. First part came in broken, 2nd part came in and when I went to pick it up, there was not coolant in the Etorque reservoir even though I was charged for it. Good thing I noticed it before I pulled out or the new Etorque would have been ruined. Came back the next day to pick up my truck. I was thankful for the loaner even though I received it a week and a half after I dropped off my vehicle. More
