He was just one of the many factors at this dealership that made it a great experience. There was virtually no waiting around, seemed that everything was timed perfectly. The paper work in the finance office was ready for me, it took less than 5 minutes. I mentioned a clock on the wall was very nice and that I really liked it, the finance guy literally pulled the clock off the wall put it in a bag and handed it to me and said it's yours. By the time I was done doing the paperwork they had the car outside prepped and ready for me. I can honestly say this is the first time in my many many years of purchasing vehicles that was not only a pleasant experience it was actually fun. As a side note, I flew from DWF to the dealership. Will definitely drive (or fly) past the 30 other dealers on the way to by my cars here. More
