I was very pleased with my visit to the Service Department. The Service Manager--Mr. Henderson--greeted me and set me up for my oil change without an appointment. I called and got the service lady named Alli. I explained my issue. She was helpful, understanding and kind on the phone. Not often anymore customer service treats you like that. I made the appt next day and she was just as kind in person. I had to come back for the actual service due to ordering the needed parts. Due to unexpected health issue I wasn't able to make it to the next appt. She was very understanding and assured me all would be taken care of when I could get back. Thank you for hiring people with a caring personality to be the face and voice of your company. I observed others with customers and they weren't as kind. It's a big deal to us when our mode of transportation is not working properly and we need kindness and understanding. More
