An outstanding dealership and staff. Very helpful and friend I have found Mac Haik Ford in Desoto Tx to be the friendliest and most helpful of any Ford dealership I have visited. I went to a Ford dealership in W I have found Mac Haik Ford in Desoto Tx to be the friendliest and most helpful of any Ford dealership I have visited. I went to a Ford dealership in Waxahachie Texas and Arlington Texas to inquire about a new Ford and found them to be not too interested in helping. Mac Haik Ford in Desoto went out of their way to help. They were more than willing to special order a new F250 for me and kept me informed on its progress and arrival date. I also bought my wife a new Explorer there and once again my salesman James Hamilton stepped up and helped out everyway he could. I returned again a couple of weeks ago and purchased my third Ford, a Focus RS in race red they had to pick up from a sister dealership close to Houston but were more than willing to make the effort to bring in the car and make the purchase as smooth as possible. I also brought a close friend to see James Hamilton and he worked hard to take care of her with her purchase of a new Taurus. I cant say enough about the dealership and its staff. Even the service department has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a purchase of a great new Ford product. More
