I have found this dealership to be incompetent. I live in Michigan and found a Bronco for my wife at this dealership. They were pleasant to deal with and we negotiated a fair price that included tax, title and shipping. I signed the paperwork on March 4, the vehicle was delivered to my driveway on March 15th. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed and filled with gas prior to delivery. The vehicle was mostly clean but still had dirt/crumbs in the center counsel and a used vape pen under the front passenger seat. I’d have to say, not a great detailing job. The gas tank was 1/8 full. These two things were the least of my concerns. The vehicle did not come with any paperwork or a temp tag. I had no way of proving that I owned the vehicle. I contacted the dealer and they said paperwork would be mailed out to me and not two worry. Two weeks later I finally received a copy of the paperwork I signed but no title or title transfer or temp tag. I reached out to the dealer again on Saturday the 28th of March. They stated they would be overnighting me a temp tag. When Wednesday, April 1st came along and still no temp tag and I again reached out again. They apologized and stated that they would send it out ASAP. Two days later on Friday April 3rd the temp tag showed up and to my surprise it was for a F-150 and not a Bronco and they also failed to include the VIN which makes it invalid. If i could return this vehicle and take my business elsewhere, I absolutely would. I would have to put the blame on Andrew the finance manager and Brandon the sales manager. Once they made the sale the seemed to not care about customer service. The only one to be a help through this process so far would be Kristi the sales woman. She is overnighting me a new temp tag today. Let’s hope something finally goes right with paperwork this time. More
