I was pleased with every aspect when I got the 10,000 mile service for my 2021 F-150. As usual, the waiting room was immaculate and comfortable. Do not ever try to get something fixed, even if under warranty. One door lock quit working and was told to bring it in and leave it for two days before they could get to it. I asked why I couldn't just w warranty. One door lock quit working and was told to bring it in and leave it for two days before they could get to it. I asked why I couldn't just wait three days and bring it in and they said they only scheduled repairs for those in shop. That's not scheduled service. Don't be fooled. This is only vehicle I have and cannot do without for 3 days so I'm going to have to pay someone to fix something under warranty. More
