They told me it was a two hour wait. I drove to MacHaik. They were courteous and pleasant and got my truck serviced and back on the road in no time. No Gray Daniels for me. I will continue to use Mac Haik! More

There I met Duane Neal who listened carefully to how I described my wants and needs, then helped me narrow my choices until I decided on a Ford Fusion. The rest of the transaction was as pleasant and easy as the selection of car had been; no haggling, no "getting approval from his manager," etc. Everything was quite transparent, and after thinking about it overnight, I made my purchase. Following the sales transaction, Duane was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and how to use them, and he also extended some courtesies that we'd not even discussed as I had been reaching my decision. After driving the vehicle away, Duane called me to be sure I had no issues, and each time I take my car to the dealership, he speaks to me and inquires about my satisfaction with the car and with the attention I receive in the Service Department. I'm happy to say that's been very good each time I've taken the car in. Duane Neal at Mac Haik Ford will definitely be my first stop (and possibly my only stop) the next time I need to buy a vehicle.
