My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked into the service dept in such a friendly manner by Shay. He looked up our appt info on the computer and knew exactly what car we were having serviced and the service dept in such a friendly manner by Shay. He told us to take a seat in the large waiting room and he’d keep us informed of what was going on. The waiting room had a lot of comfy, large chairs, there was a TV, side tables, tons of a variety of magazines, free bottles of cold water, coffee and even a few desk cubbies for laptops or perhaps for kids to use for homework or drawing. It was very pleasant to wait for our car. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and we were very pleased with our experience with this dealership. More

It was 100 degrees and my A/C was not working. Initially we thought it may take several days to fix. I must say that I do not like the new payment system where you do not have to sign for credit card charges. I was overcharged due to a keying mistake and did not notice it until I got home. Reasonably quick turnaround over 3 days to fix my brakes under warranty as well as some misc. firmware updates needed.
