Mac Haik Ford Lincoln - Service Center

The dealership had my vehicle for 24 hours to complete two recalls. Neither recall was completed. No communication from the service department was ever made to me. I show it from my vehicle and they cannot find it. It took 40 minutes to pick up my vehicle because the service manager had to get a story straight on why the service was not completed. It is the worst service experience I’ve Ever encountered in dealing with an automotive dealership. My service advisor, Shay, told me exactly how the process would work on the oil change, tire rotation and the multi-service inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic discovered that my rear brake pads were worn down lower than recommended. Shay called me and explained the situation, the cost involved and exactly what would be done to repair my car. I was very pleased with the work and highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyer (new or used vehicle). The service is top notch. More
