Brought my Ford F250 Diesel PU in for service. The dashboard "engine light" had come on. Service kept my truck for several days, running several expensive diagnostic tests and reported finding The dashboard "engine light" had come on. Service kept my truck for several days, running several expensive diagnostic tests and reported finding nothing. Checking my service record, recommended some fluid changes which I agreed to, amounting to almost $1,000.00 dollars. Picked up my truck and drove home a few miles away. The next day, when starting my truck, the "engine light" came back on and is still on. Will be going back to service department and hope this can be corrected. More

Horrible place for after purchase service/repair, I've Horrible place for after purchase service/repair, I've been trying for two years to get the tire pressure monitor system on a 2020 Lincoln Aviator Horrible place for after purchase service/repair, I've been trying for two years to get the tire pressure monitor system on a 2020 Lincoln Aviator that I bought Brand New repaired with absolutely no resolution to this date, I went in yesterday (10 Feb 2022) and spent 5 1/2 hours in an attempt to once again get that repaired along with two Safety recalls and for a standard service, I left with the standard service "almost" being completed (no cabin air filter replacement available), even though the appointment was scheduled months ago, giving them more than enough time to be prepared), they had no loaner vehicle even though I paid for the maintenance package that is supposed to provide one (3, 895 Dollars). Bottom line, Neither of the Safety Recalls were repaired, the Tire pressure system problem wasn't repaired even after 2 years and to top it off on the way home I got two more system messages, Driver's door now has a problem, and the Auto Hold no longer works, if that isn't enough, on the way home I took a left and the driver's door flew wide open. How's that for "Service" folks? The only good point was Robert Gonzalez who was doing his best to work through an impossible situation. They also have some sort of a deal with CARFAX that I fell for a couple of months ago, they'll send you an email giving you the minimum to maximum trade in on your vehicle, then after you waste your time driving out there and talking a salesman while they're "estimating" the value of your trade in you find out your trade in is worth $10.000 less than the promised "Minimum.'
