Reasonably quick turnaround over 3 days to fix my brakes under warranty as well as some misc. firmware updates needed. It was 100 degrees and my A/C was not working. Initially we thought it may take several days to fix. I must say that I do not like the new payment system where you do not have to sign for credit card charges. I was overcharged due to a keying mistake and did not notice it until I got home. Shay was very attentive and friendly however he did forget to have my tire sensor checked out and 2+ hours for an oil change & inspection was quite long although I know that part of the reason that it forget to have my tire sensor checked out and 2+ hours for an oil change & inspection was quite long although I know that part of the reason that it was so long was because they did not have an oil filter for my car onsite & had to pick one up elsewhere? ......for these reasons I'm giving a 4 instead of 5.........When I have more involved service requirements like brakes or if something is broken that will provide a better gage of service than an oil change More

My car had to be towed and I recommend Always Towing and Recovery in Taylor. They were more knowledgeable and able to check and charge the battery than the first one I tried.
