Made an appointment for service/service was not completed/excuse given by employee was I wasn't here when order was made. And, by the way, still waited an hour for service to begin even though an appointment was made at least 2 weeks prior to visit. More

Took Edge in because of recall and brake pedal being inconsistent. Wanted an oil change as well. Service advisor told us to go to Quick Lane instead. Told Quick Lane about recall, brake pedal and also inconsistent. Wanted an oil change as well. Service advisor told us to go to Quick Lane instead. Told Quick Lane about recall, brake pedal and also wanted The Works oil change that we get for $40. Also asked about spark plug change and was told it would be $340. When we picked up the car the service was summarized but nothing was said about the recall. When asked the service adviser said they failed to do that and we would need to bring it back. When we got home we realized thAt we were charge $56 for the Works And $405 for the spark plugs and $32.65 for environmental fees on the service. So not only were we charged $100 more than anticipated, the primary reason for dropping the car off was not even performed and we have to drop it off at another time. More

Ford Covert could not help me and asked me to keep my vehicle for 2 weeks but MacHaik Ford could do it in less than 2 hours-same day Titanium Hybrid.
