I worked with Jeff Barto. I went in because I needed the tire locks changed out. It was a program car and could not find the socket. Jeff was able to find it tucked away and did not make me feel like a wa tire locks changed out. It was a program car and could not find the socket. Once Jeff realized mine was not working and needed to be replaced, he came in at let me know so I wouldn’t be waiting and wondering what was taking a little bit longer. Since my car was bought as new (program car) I asked about the FordPass reward points, I told Jeff I was going to get mats with them. Instead of passing me off he ordered them and a socket wrench for me. His customer service and communication was everything. From what I observed in the waiting room, the whole team should be commended. I will recommend Mak Haik Ford Service Dept and Jeff Barto to my family and friends. More

The service was very good, considering the work that you decided to do. There was a lot of confusion with the busy day. The State inspection was done twice according to the State's records!
