This review is for the GEORGETOWN QUICKLANE FOLKS ONLY. They are professional, nice, reasonable and good communicators. I am sure they are NOT perfect. I sat in the waiting room... and I listened to all of the interactions the advisors were having amongst themselves and with customers. I was impressed by how nice and customer oriented they were. Congratulations goes to the people that lead this team... and to the team itself. AS FAR AS THE WORK... EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE ADVISOR ADDED A REMINDER IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, TO THE MECHANIC... TO RESET THE OIL LIFE THINGY... THE MECHANIC DIDNT DO IT.... FOR MY TRUCK... OR FOR A COUPLE OTHER TRUCKS THAT DAY... AS I HEARD PEOPLE ASKING ABOUT IT. THANKFULLY I LOOKED BEFORE I LEFT... The issue was not resolved and from check-in, I knew it would not be. They stated that if they were unable to reproduce the error they would not be able to do anything.
