I do apologize for the delay on getting your 2020 Edge back timely. We pride ourselves in meeting and exceeding customer expectations, unfortunately this was a situation we couldn’t predict. You are correct, typically your repair should have been completed within a 2 week period by insurance standards. We were presented with 2 unforeseeable delays: 1st-Additional parts needed which were on national back order from Ford, and 2nd - the ice storm closed us down 4 days. I understand things happen! But 32 days! {I should have been given the OPTION to Leave it or bring back when shop was ready.} Instead it just sat there while I was forced to use my 30 days insurance gave me!
