I had to call up 6 times throughout the day and only after telling the service tech that I needed to escalate to the service manager did he finally give me a direct answer. And that was we will get a plan together tomorrow. Not acceptable. In addition to this there has been no follow up on our new purchase over the last year and a part we ordered in June is still on back order. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself quite a lot of hassle. More
