Appointments made conveniently. Turnaround time very good. Over-and-above assistance and clear cost info ahead of time. Service on 2019 Continental always good, as expected. Only problem with 2008 Grand Marquis this month was an oil change that was over filled and therefore over charged. It was redone immediately when I questioned the charge. Human error.
