Lengthy process but friendly staff The staff greeted me with kindness and respect. The only request I would make is for them to ask if there were any other issues that they could take a look at while it was in the shop. I had remembered a few instances that were worth mentioning after the fact...oh well. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealer for service. More
Poor Customer Service I set up an appointment on the web in Mid June with the earliest available appointment in mid July. I got no additional confirmation other than the web confirmation that I printed out. When arriving on the day and the correct time, I was told they had no record of my appointment. When I showed the very disinterested person the printout he responded "Oh you made the appointment on the web. That never works" So he said I should call and make an appointment over the phone. Not a "well lets see if we can squeeze you in or anything" Not an apology...nothing. I also had scheduled a oil change and state inspection. He said I could go to the fast lane and get that done. The "FAST LANE" took 2.5 hours. VERY FAST. I will never buy a car there again...Because of the "Service" More

Flex didn't start Flex displayed a message saying no key present. My key was in my pocket. Went after second key and got same results. Suspected dead battery in keys so Flex displayed a message saying no key present. My key was in my pocket. Went after second key and got same results. Suspected dead battery in keys so got them replaced. Flex still wouldn't recognize a key. Called service for help. Technician told me over the phone how to insert the dead key into the emergency spot in center console so car would start and I could get it to the service center. Technician there said they'd run diagnostics to determine problem. Called back next day saying they couldn't duplicate malfunction but would keep car and run additional diagnostics. After a week, called back and said car was ready for pickup with only the diagnostic charge to be paid. Cheap. More

Never received a call stating my vehicle was ready I dropped off my Navigator early morning on 7/17. My rep, Charles explained that it could possibly take all that day and possibly thru to Monday, but I dropped off my Navigator early morning on 7/17. My rep, Charles explained that it could possibly take all that day and possibly thru to Monday, but I would be called with an update. I never rec'd a phone call. I finally called at 4pm, left a msg for Charles, waited 45 minutes and called back only to find out that Charles had left for the day. I was then told that my Navigator was looked at and no issues were found and everything was finished by noon on that day. Had I not called, I would have been without a vehicle all weekend. When I went to pick up my Navigator, Trevor was very kind to help me and show me how to resolve my issue. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper because I never received a return call letting me know it was ready. More

The friendly operator transferred me to my service associate, Trevor, who quickly acknowledged what needed to be accomplished, scheduled the service the following day and then arranged for a pick up of my vehicle at my residence. This concierge treatment during our Covid 19 era could not have been more appreciated. Kudos to the entire Mac Haik service team, and especially to Trevor. More
