quick service and easy to deal with The service was fast and good. My only complaint would be that I actually purchased the truck from your dealership but you don't have the tools to do The service was fast and good. My only complaint would be that I actually purchased the truck from your dealership but you don't have the tools to do a tire rotation because my F450 has 19.5 rims as was told to me by the service manager. Instead I had to make another stop to get my tires rotated where it really should have been handled in one place. It would convenient to have been able to do all the service work on my f450 at the dealership who sold it to me. I did like that I was able to text the service manager and get a response as to when I could drop off my vehicle. That was very helpful service. More

Before COVID-19, the team became short-staffed, which resulted in longer wait times for service to be completed. That factor remains in place even now (I am writing this on June 27, 2020. The service is still great and the prices are fair. But I did have to wait 3 hours for regular maintenance.This is not the fault of the team on hand there. Just the facts. More

I have a 2019 Lincoln that was purchased new. Just recently, I found out you do courtesy washes for customers and I have a huge issue with this. I was sitting down waiting to get my tire fixed when I recently, I found out you do courtesy washes for customers and I have a huge issue with this. I was sitting down waiting to get my tire fixed when I over heard a customer (Caucasian/white) being asked if they wanted a complimentary car wash. I got up and walked to counter and asked about this service. Person that helped me was nice and offered to wash my car . I am a Black female and never was offered this service. Why??? Never once was I offered a coutesy wash on the service side or the Quick service side since I have had my car. Not a great experience, even at the time of purchase. Should of walked away. More
