Communication wasn’t great, I had to keep calling and texting for updates and seems like what was wrong with my truck wasn’t major but yet my truck sat at the dealership for 20 plus days and I didn’t hav texting for updates and seems like what was wrong with my truck wasn’t major but yet my truck sat at the dealership for 20 plus days and I didn’t have a rental or loaner vehicle during that time that caused a big inconvenience on my family. There was an issue with my vehicle on the day that I brought it in, but I have worked with Robert many times before. On this particular day, there was no teamwork. Between the service department notifyi brought it in, but I have worked with Robert many times before. On this particular day, there was no teamwork. Between the service department notifying me that my vehicle wouldn't not be worked on that day. I talked to several people. They couldn't provided me the information since Robert was busy. I did not find out until the end of the day that none of the requests were completed period. Due to my previous relationship, Dylan with Robert being good, I did not leave the dealership until the issue was addressed with a supervisor at that time. After I calm down, there was a supervisor that stepped in offered me a car until my vehicle could actually be serviced. I rated this poor because it was a very frustrating day. Not only for me, love for Robert and I really felt like the service department could have worked as a team and I'm providing me information on my vehicle. But continue to refer me to my service person. Robert, who was extremely busy that day. And did I initially book my appointment? My vehicle was brought in through the valet service and sat there the whole day. At the end of the day, I was satisfied that I was able to get a vehicle of no charge. And be able to continue, so work when I did return. So the service department I talk with Robert. He apologized, and I also apologize before becoming upset inside of the dealership, but he understood why and offered to call me when the inspection machine is back up income. Get my vehicle and do my state inspection for me. Within the next week, before I go out of the country. I hope that he follows through, because he's really good and I've always dealt with him. And he's always taking care of me, I do not believe it was all his fault that this happened. I believe the service department as a whole should have worked together as a team to make customers happy. Teamwork was not a part of the day or the customer service experience. I experienced on this past Monday. I will continue to I work with Robert because he's great. And has always been there when I needed his help but to see the service department work together as a whole, helping customers. When other service, people are busy would be even better More
