Honest, thorough and fair I've been using the services at Mac Haik Ford Lincoln in Georgetown for six years now. I like to keep a pre-paid maintenance plan in place. This way, I've been using the services at Mac Haik Ford Lincoln in Georgetown for six years now. I like to keep a pre-paid maintenance plan in place. This way, I always have a sticker on my windshield to remind me when I need to go in for service. The team in GT are always friendly and professional. When I have ever had to pay any additional amount not covered on my plan, they let me know before doing the work. And when I have needed repairs, the team maintained good communications and transparency. Being without our cars is always an inconvenience. But my personal inconvenience has never been the fault of my favorite dealership. I feel confident in the work they do. I have never once had to repeat a visit on the same issue. They do it right the first time. Side-bar note: There used to be an Enterprise car rental desk right in the dealership complex. I found that so convenient the few times I needed to leave my car with Mac Haik for repairs. The rental desk is no longer there. However, I learned that the Enterprise shuttle will pick you up at Mac Haik to take you to their nearest location (also in GT.) I hope this tidbit is helpful. More
