Long Wait But Lots of Work Done I had my F-150 in for all the required servicing at 90.000 miles. It took about 5 hours and because of where I live (farther than 25 miles from the s I had my F-150 in for all the required servicing at 90.000 miles. It took about 5 hours and because of where I live (farther than 25 miles from the shop) I wasn't eligible for shuttle service home and back to the shop. They got everything done and my truck runs like new. Thanks. More

Totally Take Care Of I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for Exhaust "Selection Mode Not Available" problem. I called Jason Norman (Service Advisor) who has been so good with I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for Exhaust "Selection Mode Not Available" problem. I called Jason Norman (Service Advisor) who has been so good with repairs before. He said bring it in, but it might be the next day or later before getting to it. I understand and took it to him. Got to the service drive up and twice was asked by Service Advisors if they could help, Then Jason comes out with that firm handshake looking me in the eye and says "what's up". Told him my name and he said I am going to do the best I can to get to this as soon as I can. Got a shuttle ride home. 5 hours later I get a call from Jason that my car is ready, just needed some reprogramming and do I need a ride back to the dealership. I was already planning my next 2 days minus my car (I am a single senior man with 1 car). And he did get it in to a service tech early and back up and ready the same day. Shuttle came by in about 20 mins and the driver took me to the Cashier. Finished with the Cashier and then went by to see Jason and thank him for working so hard to get me in and out SO FAST.
