If I could give NO stars, I would I brought a vehicle in for servicing in which they didn't want to work on and honor manufacturers warranty. My service writer brought the Service Mana I brought a vehicle in for servicing in which they didn't want to work on and honor manufacturers warranty. My service writer brought the Service Manager in to discuss with me in which they told me I would have to pay for charges for work done if Ford didn't reimburse them! The vehicle was new and these problems were there when it got delivered. The last straw was when they told me I caused damage to the center console (the material bubbled up in a blob and looked like grease). I wiped off said grease with a napkin, only to realize it was the material that peeled off. They said I used a chemical on it which caused it to happen... Then why didn't the whole thing peel up? Bottom line, I would go elsewhere unless you are ready to potentially get taken advantage of. Final straw? there were 3 things they didn't address (stuck traction switch, rattling door panel and rubber grommet in bed that wouldn't stay in.) When I called them out on the rubber grommet, they replaced the part but refused to write the service up to avoid having me get a survey to review them!! I did call Ford and file a formal complain and will be off to the BBB next. More

My wife and I love our Ford automobile and will no doubt spend the years ahead with only a Ford vehicle. I took my Ford to your Service Department this week for a 6000 mile service and the folks that work there are excellent. I appreciate the excellent sales department and the vehicle service that you have and how the workers are so nice and helpful.
